Carbon Advisory Service Ltd (CAS)

In 2007, Morrell founded his fourth company, The Carbon Advisory Service Ltd (CAS), an engineering company that sustainably refurbishes existing buildings, and designs green new-build systems, with clients such as Shell, Six Senses, and the Maldives government. CAS claims to achieve cost savings of 40-80% in the ongoing running costs of a building, utilising existing refurbishment budgets.  CAS went on to initiate a national decarbonisation plan for the Maldives Government,  however political instability and the subsequent military coup in the Maldives prevented the initiative from being adopted.
